In-person Oral presentation Authors and Invited Speakers will be requested to pre-record the video of their speech and to upload it on the virtual platform of the congress, in case it will be not possible to attend in person. If live attendance will be possible, they will only need to bring with them a USB with the slides of the power point presentation, at least 1 hour before their speech, at the Slide Center located in the Congress Venue.
PLEASE NOTE THAT all the scientific sessions will be uploaded on the virtual platform and will be available to all participants in the on-demand area, after the Congress. EXCLUDED NOT CME ACCREDITED SESSIONS.

E- Posters Authors are kindly requested to upload the pdf of their poster on the dedicated virtual platform, using the credentials they received in the e-poster instructions letter.
Posters will be only electronic and neither presentation, nor discussion are foreseen.
Your e-poster must be uploaded in PDF format – max file size 20 MB.
Presentations will be accepted only if uploaded as PDF/Acrobat format.
One-page for Scientific Poster as well as multipage file for Educational Poster is supported.
In case your presentation is set on a multi-page poster, the number of pages is unlimited. However we remind that the higher the number of pages the heavier the file to download will be.
A total number of 6 pages would be recommended.
Please, note that if during the submission you selected as preferred “Oral” or Exhibit Poster (hardcopy), you will be requested to upload a one-page pdf. In addition to the PDF file, you can also attach an audio comment, in MP3 format - max file size 10 MB.
We suggest 1 or 2-minute speech max.
